Thrilled to announce the first publication emerging from the project: 'Artes poeticae: Formations and Transformations, 1500-1650', special issue of Classical Receptions Journal, edited by Vladimir Brljak and Micha Lazarus! Featuring articles by Michael Hetherington, Lucy Rayfield, Ted Tregear, James Hall, Aaron Kachuck, Bryan Brazeau, and Maya Feile Tomes, an afterword by Chris Stamatakis, and translations of works by Lucrezia Marinella and Jacques Peletier du Mans.
The articles have their roots in the PbM conference we had at CRASSH, Cambridge, in December 2017, and this is an opportunity to thank everyone involved at that stage, as well as Constanze Güthenke, who was the CRJ editor who took on this project, and the current Pantelis Michelakis, who saw it to publication.
Thanks to everyone involved, and more news on the way!
